Saturday Shopping PM Edition

I planned a trip to CVS for this evening to do one more free candy deal, and to be able to use a couple of coupons that were expiring before I could get back to a CVS on Monday (because I've decided nothing short of a team of wild horses is dragging me out of this house tomorrow!).

Another candy deal:
Buy $15.00 - get $5.00 ECB
Hershey Kisses $3.00 each x 5 = $15.00
-1.00 coupons from Reinventing Beauty magazines x 5
-5.00/$30.00 coupon in email (expires tomorrow)
-5.00 ECB
= FREE!

Electrasol deal:
Buy $20.00, Get $10.00 ECB
$4.50 each x 5 = $22.50
-2.50 mq's x 5 = $10.00
-10.00 ECB
= FREE!

J&J Healthcare Products deal:
Buy $10.00, Get $5.00 ECB
$4.50 Visine Total Care eyewipes x 3 = $13.50
-3.00 mq's x 3 = $4.50
-5.00 ECB
=$0.50 profit

$7.99 Blink eye drops
-4.00 mq (expired today)
-7.99 ECB
=4.00 profit

$4.99 Softsoap NutriaSerum Bodywash
-2.00 IP Q
-4.00 ECB
=1.01 profit

$0.99 Bookcovers x 2 = $1.98
-2.00 ECB
=0.02 profit

$0.49 2-pocket folder
-1.00 ECB
=.51 profit

(The reason I got the profit on the bookcovers and folder was because when the cashier printed them manually, she couldn't enter odd numbers, or apparently anything less than $1.00.)

Kroger

I needed a loafa bread so made a run to Kroger since it was across the street from CVS.

$1.00 Chiquita Apple Bites x 8
-1.00 IP q x 4
-1.00 BOGO peelie q's x 4
= FREE x 8

$1.00 Listerine Pocket Packs x 3
- .50 mq (doubled) x 3
= FREE x 3

$1.99 Glade Plugins x 2
-1.99 bogo mq
-2.00 (OYNO Catalina - My Catalinas didn't print so they gave me $2.00 cash)
= FREE x 2

$4.99 Kroger Buffalo Style Chicken Tenderloin
-1.00 Kroger Chicken home mailer q
=$3.99 (Tonight's dinner, with Kroger frozen Tater Rounds from a previous sale)

$1.00/2 Kroger Chicken Pot Pies
(No coupons, just needed some and these were a good price)

$0.78 Kroger White Bread
(No coupons)

Value Before Coupons: 22.68
Value After Coupons: $7.76 + .82 = $8.58 oop

Got back $2.00 for the Glade plugin

Yep I did alot of ECB rolling and made some profit.

If you haven't already, and plan to get the Visine, be sure to try to get that Readyfill coupon book from the pharmacy. It has a $3/$12 eye products coupon, so gives you another $3 profit on the Visines.
