Walgreens

Was able to finish up my Walgreens plan. I was surprised they had the items I needed in stock. I thought they were out of the G*U*M toothbrushes but then I happened past a display of them on some of the shelves beside the Cosmetics counter.

Transaction 6:
(4) Irish Spring Body Wash @ 3.50 each
(1) Colgate Total $3.00
(1) Vitamin Shampoo $3.99
-(4) 2.00 Irish Spring IP Q
-(1) $1.00 off Colgate MQ Home Mailer paper
-(1) $10.00 RR
= $1.99 + $1.47 tax = $3.46

Get back $5.00 & $4.00 RR

Transaction 7:
(4) Skippy Peanut Butter @ $2.00 each
(4) Ragu pasta sauce @ $2.00 each
(2) fillers = 2 folders @ .09 each
-(4) .60 off Skippy 8/02 RP
-(2) .55 Ragu "Raise Your Hand for Savings" Publix booklet
-(1) $1.00/2 Ragu IP Q
-(2) $5.00 RRs (from trans 4 & 6)
= $1.68 + .49 tax = $2.17

Get back $10.00 RR

Transaction 8:
(1) Vitamin Shampoo $3.99
(1) G*U*M Toothbrush $3.49
(2) Sudafed PE @ $4.99 each
-(1) .75 off G*U*M MQ 6/21 RP
-(2) 2.00 off Sudafed PE MQ 8/02 SS
-(1) 10.00 RR (from Trans 7)
= $2.71 + 1.22 tax = $3.93

Get back $4.00, $3.50, and $5.00 RRs

*I started out with $30.00 RRs, and am left with $31.50 RRs.

*Spent $18.93 oop, but the 6 boxes of Sudafed alone - on sale - would have been $30.00. Not to mention I got 8 jars of Ragu and 8 of peanut butter. And 4 bottles of body wash, which my guys use. Then all the rest of the stuff we'll use or give to family. I think I did well.

*I have enough coupon for two more Unilever deals (Degree and Vaseline Lotion), and two more shampoo/toothbrush/Sudafed deals, which I might do to get more of the cheap Sudafed.
