I somehow misfigured my total - again. I have no idea how someone with a notebook, a pen, AND a calculator can't do simple addition and subtraction!!
According to my version of accounting, my ending total should have been -.72, including a $5.00 Walgreens RR I'd planned to use.
When I went to checkout and gave the cashier my coupons, she told me they couldn't take my Wags RR. I have to contact the Store Manager about that because when I asked, when I was there last, about 4 days ago? Mr. Gates himself told me they did accept Walgreens coupons, and he didn't say "but not Register Rewards".
She said that Corporate called and told them that about 2 weeks ago. Funny because the guy working the register behind me hadn't heard about it.
At any rate, without the $5 RR included, my total - according to my figures - should have come up to $4.28 + Tax.
However, my total came up to .36 + tax. Still to my benefit at this point, but I prefer the numbers to add up right, so I don't have to worry about being wrong in the other direction.
