After I couldn't use most of my high-value q's at Walmart, I stopped into Dollar General to see if they had any offerings. (Didn't.)

In the front, on the stand where they keep the sale papers they have a booklet called "Gather. Relax. Enjoy." It has some DG prices on items, alot of recipes, and some Manufacturer coupons starting with "5", so useable anywhere.
